Testing for Mold

There are two primary ways to test for mold.

#1 Air Sampling

Spore trap samplers draw air through a sampling device which is left in an area for a specific time period. The collected spores are then analized to determin the level of spores in the area.

#2 Surface Sampling

This is done by taking a tape lift imprint of the area and then submitting this swatch to a microscopic exam.
