Drainage

Drainage is a term used to describe the removal of water from a given area to reduce flooding or overflowing. Soil need drainage as part of a natural cycle and or for agricultural or industrial purposes.

Drainage and water management have been around since 3000 BC and have allowed civilizations to thrive into modern times.

Drainage is important in residential construction for many reasons. Most importantly to allow water to flow away from a structure in order to reduce moisture decay and mold.
